Deadline

The deadline for the presentation of proposals is September 30, 2008.

Background

This program consists of a number of specialization courses offered by an OAS member State for the benefits of citizens of other OAS member States. On the one hand, member States offering specialization courses do so through their academic institutions, and with the collaboration of the OAS General Secretariat; on the other, fellowships are offered, through the OAS General Secretariat, to citizens of the other member States in order that they can participate in the offered training activities.

For a description of the program as it applies to scholarships offered and an overview of courses developed by OAS member States under this program, visit the Professional Development web page on this site.
